POURQUOI EQUIPER LES PNEUMATIQUES DE SEALANT ?

La dépose de Sealant : la garantie de mobilité étendue !

La technologie de dépose de sealant, proposée par les principaux manufacturiers du pneumatique tels que Michelin, Continental, Hankook, Pirelli, Bridgestone et Goodyear, offre une protection supplémentaire contre les crevaisons.

En appliquant le sealant sur la face interne de la bande de roulement, les pneumatiques deviennent plus résistants aux crevaisons. En cas d’insertion d’un corps étranger d'un diamètre < à 5mm dans la bande de roulement, le sealant agit comme un agent colmatant en enveloppant ce dernier et en formant ainsi une barrière étanche. Cette réaction instantanée prévient la perte de pression d'air, les pneus peuvent continuer à fonctionner normalement même après une crevaison.

En assurant la continuité de la conduite, la technologie du Sealant contribue à renforcer la sécurité du conducteur et de ses passagers. Cette technologie réduit le risque de perte de contrôle du véhicule en cas de crevaison soudaine et limite les situations dangereuses liées au changement de roue en bord de route.

Comment LA DéPOSE DE SILENT dans les Pneumatiques  améliore l'expérience de conduite ?

Le bruit de cavité est un phénomène acoustique généré par la résonance de l'air à l'intérieur des pneumatiques d'un véhicule en mouvement. Cette résonance remonte ensuite le long des différents organes mécaniques créant un bruit audible qui se propage jusqu'à l'habitacle.

Pour pallier ce désagrément, l'insertion de mousse acoustique sur la face interne de la bande de roulement permet d'atténuer efficacement les vibrations de l'air et donc le bruit de cavité.

En diminuant le niveau sonore dans l'habitacle, cette technologie contribue à réduire la fatigue du conducteur liée au bruit et offre une expérience de conduite globalement plus confortable.
