ONE COMMON PLATFORM, MULTIPLE CONFIGURATIONS
MCS-in-Tire is a modular platform designed to automate different material application processes inside the tire.
The same architecture can be configured according to the process and production requirements: Sealant, Silent, Healant or In-Situ Foaming, including combined Sealant + Silent and Healant + Silent configurations.
The platform combines automated tire loading and positioning, controlled product application according to customer specifications, and the associated process quality controls.
Designed for continuous industrial production, MCS-in-Tire is compatible with tire sizes up to 24 inches for passenger car, motorcycle and light truck applications. Specific configurations are available for larger tire sizes.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC SEALANT / HEALANT APPLICATION EQUIPMENT

For moderate production volumes, testing centers or replacement requirements, MECACONCEPT also offers semi-automatic Sealant and Healant application equipment.
The operator loads and unloads the tire, while the machine automatically handles tire positioning and product application according to predefined parameters.
A FLEXIBLE AND SCALABLE SOLUTION
Application parameters, automatic positioning of the dispensing system and stored settings allow the machine to be quickly adapted to different tire references.
This solution combines precision, repeatability and flexibility with a robust and easy-to-operate architecture.
