FOAM & SEALANT Integrated technologies for quieter and safer mobility
Optimized acoustic comfort
With the reduction of powertrain noise, particularly in electric vehicles, cavity noise has become a key factor in in-cabin comfort.
Cavity noise reduction solutions, based on polyurethane foam inserts bonded to the tire, make it possible to reduce interior noise by 3 to 9 dB(A), without any modification to the tread design or the suspension. Exterior noise is reduced by 1 dB(A).

Safety and extended mobility
Integrated sealant technologies provide active protection against punctures. In the event of a perforation, the tire automatically seals itself, allowing pressure to be maintained and driving to continue safely until a service point is reached.
Lighter than traditional run-flat solutions, foam and sealant technologies help to:
- Reduce vehicle weight,
- Decrease rolling resistance,
- Improve range and energy efficiency.
Eliminating components such as the spare wheel also contributes to overall vehicle optimization.
Essential Solutions
Foam & Sealant technologies are no longer optional. They have become key elements of modern tires, supporting the commitment to quieter, safer, and more sustainable mobility.
