MECACONCEPT,
MCS-IN-TIRE: AN AUTOMATED PLATFORM FOR TIRE PROCESSES

patent pending FR3169363

ONE COMMON ARCHITECTURE
patent pending FR3169363
MCS-in-Tire is based on a common architecture that allows the machine to be adapted to the required process and configuration.
The platform integrates, in particular:
- automatic loading and unloading from a pallet or conveyor
- continuous tire positioning control
- laser inner liner profile tracking
- recipe management according to specific customer requirements
- continuous traceability and quality control
- automatic rejection of non-conforming tires
The machine is designed for continuous 24/7 production, with a standard configuration for tires up to 24 inches — passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and motorcycles — with larger sizes available on request.
MCS-IN-TIRE CONFIGURATIONS
Each configuration is optimized for a specific process while retaining the common functions of the platform.
SILENT
Acoustic foam application- Continuous monitoring of the quatity and geometry of adhesive glu bead
- Automatic foam cutting to length and loading
- Robotic foam application inside the tire
Can be combined with Sealant or Healant technologies.

SEALANT
Sealant application inside the tire- High-precision dosing and application
- Continuous control of the quantity of Sealant applied
Can be combined with Silent application on the same platform.

HEALANT
Sealant application inside the tire- Continuous control of Healant thickness
- Continuous control of the application geometry
Can be combined with Silent application on the same platform.

IN-SITU FOAMING
In-situ foam applicationConcept & product in development phase

PRECISION, CONTROL AND REPEATABILITY
Process control is a key element of the MCS-in-Tire platform.
Depending on the selected configuration, application parameters are continuously monitored during the cycle, including the quantity or thickness of the applied material, real-time trajectory control and application geometry.
These controls contribute to ensuring repeatability of the industrial process.
